Having worked in media, I understand how important representation on (and behind) the screen is, and what that visibility means to all the young folks of color out there like myself.
Doesn’t start too early, doesn’t end too late. It would be equal parts active and idle; exploring a fun neighborhood or park, followed by a stimulating conversation over coffee or bubble tea. My mind needs to constantly be wandering and challenged, so entertainment in some form, be it a movie or exhibit, is a must.
